Summer is a fun time to come experience Tumbleweed Art Studio!   We offer art and craft workshops in drawing, sculpting and jewelry making for students aged 6 and up.  Class size is limited to four students to provide individualized instruction.  Our environment is one of positive instruction with an emphasis on individual creativity.  All materials are provided.  References are available upon request.  Register early as workshops fill very quickly!

Summer Workshop Registration Information:
Registration is accepted until each class is full or until the beginning of each class. If a class you are interested in is full a waiting list is available. Payment in full is required at the time of registration. Classes without 50% enrollment will be canceled and tuition will be refunded. Due to cost of materials, cancellations will not be accepted after the first day of class.

2008 Summer Schedule:  All classes are for one hour a day for four days.  Sign up NOW for the session that works with your summer schedule!  

BEGINNING DRAWING: For students aged 6 and up.  Come learn the basics of line, form, perspective and learn to draw what you see!  $40 per student

Session F:  August 11-14   10:00 - 11:00 am (2 spaces left)

JEWELRY MAKING:  Ages 6 and up.  This class is good for the beginner or more experienced beader.  Different levels of projects will be provided based upon experience level.  We will make bracelets, necklaces, earrings and key chains using wire, glass beads, crystals and gemstones.  $60 per student

Session F:  August 11-14  11:00 am - 12:00 pm

POLYMER CLAY SCULPTING:  Ages 6 and up.  Come have fun with polymer clay!  This clay is fun to sculpt and stays soft until baked at a low temp.  We will create based upon some samples and then come up with our own creations!  $60 per student.

Session E:  August 11-14  1:00 - 2:00 pm (only 1 space left!)

ADVANCED DRAWING:  This class will focus on furthering good basic drawing skills to bring out your very best artwork.  Extra focus placed on shading technique and value for greater realism.  Ages 9 and up.  $40 per student
